Te company provides global end-to-end solutions consisting of product development services, supply chain management, NPI, manufacturing, and after-market services for the whole lifecycle of its customers' products.
Role - ensures the continuous working of test systems for production
A. Responsibilities
• Participates in continuous improvement and optimization of test programs and processes
• Supports introduction of ECOs (engineering changes) in test programs
• Supports root cause analysis for resolving upcomig problems in production
• Prevents occurance of false failure problems and machine breakdowns
• Prepares and controls test program and process specific documentation
• Participates in projects for new product introduction
• Participates to process capability and Gage R&R Studies
• Coordinates the work of test technicians
• Keeps contact with technology teams and suppliers
B. Requirements
Knowledge & Experience
• 10 - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 10 - 1+ years of process engineering experience
• 10 – Excellent knowledge of ICT and FT tests
• 10 – Good knowledge of technical specific software
• 10 - Good English knowledge
Abilities
• 10 – Customer orientation, both internal and external
• 10 – Analytical personality, open to new challenges and readiness to take on new/continuous improvement
• 9 – Leadership skills
