Create and modify Component Control Plans, based on concerns and PFMEA revisions/engineering changes.
Participate in the elimination of defective purchased components from the Production process.
Participation in Component problem solving analysis(8D).
Reporting of Quality concerns to Suppliers in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure that all activities related to the defective product are carried out (quarantine, sorting, reworking, cost information to Controller, etc.).
Verify Supplier responses in time and content.
Update and maintain in a timely and accurate manner, all related electronic Databases.
Assure on time data collection and content for supplier evaluation.
Use Monthly Plant report for internal measurement and reporting of supplier performance.
University degree (preferably technical engineering degree).
Prior experience in production, engineering or quality activities in an automotive supplier.
English- manadatory.
Ability to give, receive and analyse information, formulate work plans, prepare written materials and articulate action plans.
Ability to communicate effectively.
