Te company provides global end-to-end solutions consisting of product development services, supply chain management, NPI, manufacturing, and after-market services for the whole lifecycle of its customers' products.
Role –Placement Engineer - responsible for:
Pasting, reflow, wave and selective soldering processes and equipments in the Business Unit.
•Coordinates the work of Soldering Engineers
•Prepares and participates in installation of new equipments and processes
•Defines the optimal process parameters through DOE and Capability Studies
•Drives continuous improvement activities in soldering process area
•Ensures the share of "Best Practicies" across all Product Lines.
Education & Experience:
- University degree [technical preferred]
– 3+ years of soldering engineering experience
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
•Good Knowledge of MPM, SpeedLine, Sortek equipments;
•Good Knowledge of DOE;
•Advanced skills of computer literacy – MS Office
•Good knowledge of English [ both written and spoken]
•Flexible person with the ability to work under pressure.
