Our client is a successful automotive company based in Arad, producing electronic components for the most important car makers in the world. Role –SMT Engineer - responsible for: assure the technical support for the SMT
• Assure the technical clients requests
• Sustain with the test data the APQP report
• Add his contribution on PPAP and APQP reports
• Responsible for generation and optimizations programs for SMT equipments
• Used statistical methods to make predictions of the requests and of the manufacturing potential
• Develop, evaluate and improve the production methods
• Offer support for the continuous improvement activities
• Collaborate with the client to determinate the potential technical specifications and changes for a product
• Offer technical support for corrective actions, avoiding defects and problem solving
• Offer preventive maintenance
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- 1+ SMT experience or similar position in EMS plant
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
– Very good knowledge and skills of placement process from SMT aria
– PLC knowledge
– Pneumatics knowledge
– IPC-610A standard knowledge – is an advantage
– Flexible, well organized and problem solving orientated person
– Medium knowledge of English [ both written and spoken ]
– Knowledge of printing process
– Knowledge of reflow process
– Knowledge of AOI process
