•coordinate production activities within the shift, to serve as a working member of the operating crew;
•To operate extrusion and finishing equipment following standard operating procedures;
•Ensure safe operations and right to operate. Supervise manufacturing activities on non-day shifts;
•Deliver on expected volume and quality results. Record production and raw material usages;
•Release finished goods per product quality specifications.
Position Reports To: Production Lead
•Minimum 1-3 years supervisory experience in production/mfg. environment;
•Ability to motivate and lead a small team;
•Ability to clearly communicate (verbal and written);
