Support Problem reporting and solving activities throughout the plant by using the right tools;
Coordinate Quality Improvement Plans;
Be part of PFMEA team;
Develop customer requirements and follow up the new projects;
Technical university degree;
Minim 1 year of experience;
Very good English; German language is an advantage;
Good knowledge of Problem Reporting and Solving;
High sense of responsibility and good communicational skills;
Very good PC knowledge;
Advance knowledge in using tools like PFMEA, Control Plan, Process flows;
Experience in dealing directly with automotive customers(German customers represents an advantage);
Strong leadership and communication skills;
Availability for travel more than 25% of working time;
Harnesses Manufacturing experience represents a valiable advantage;
Knowledge about ISO/TS 16949 standard;
Relevant experience in Problem Solving Methodologies.
