Report to the technical director and oversee all activities of contracted consultants in preparation of permitting strategies, timetables, cost plans, tenders, program development on site engineering and construction process
Ensure with the design team timely submission of all permit applications
Ensure the completion of all documentation for tender in a usable format for the purpose intended
Ensure with the main contractor completion of all post-construction requirements for occupancy, including any necessary certificates, inspections and insurance confirmation
Must be able to effectively oversee all aspects of design/ construction process and steer project(s) to successful conclusion within tight time frames
Advanced analytical and problem solving skills, budget allocations
Must have solid, working knowledge of all engineering functions associated with facility design and construction — including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical
Able to function in a fast paced, results oriented environment with a high degree of flexibility
University degree in civil engineering, architecture or project management
5-10 years of experience in Project Management and Construction
Good communication abilities, team player
Entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiastic, driven, energetic
Fluency in English, spoken and written
Very organized
