Responsible for Segment Customer Care;
Maintains and develops direct contact with customers;
Elaborates relevant forecasts concerning their requirements and delivery orders;
Monitors daily delivery operations to the customers;
Cooperates with different departments in order to fulfill the required tasks.
University degree (Economical studies - advantage);
2 or 3 years experience in a similar position;
English language - advanced knowledge;
German or French - advantage;
Basic accounting skills;
SAP and MsOffice knowledge.
