RESPONSABILITATI

Creates and execute the Region Development Plan
Provides regular performance feedback and recommends improvements
Set the sales goals for Agency Managers and their structures
To identify new business opportunities
Designs the recruitment policy related to the market
Assesses the performances of agency managers and unit managers
Provide input for plans to service and retain customers
The person must be located in Timisoara or Arad or Oradea or Cluj


CERINTE

Thorough understanding of the insurance recruitment market
Proven successful record in sales management in an insurance or finance environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to supervise and coach staff
University Degree graduate, Economy is an advantage
At least 3 years in relevant managerial experience
Good command of English
