RESPONSABILITATI

Our client - multinational company occupies a key position in Europe. In Romania, the group is market leader for certain products in machinery industry.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all sales activities - west region: market analysis, client relationship management
- Leading and motivating the sales team (control sales standard implementation and sales performance, establish an effective 2 way communication)
- Stay in contact with the key costumers, retail salesmen and competitors in order to be aware of their objectives, sales activities
- Cooperate with the Marketing Department to develop appropriate sales support


CERINTE

Professional Experience:
- Experience in sales of at least 5 years
- Sales experience in after-sales market
- First hand experience in team leading

Skills:
- Strong communication skills, especially solid negotiation skills
- Pro-active, innovative
- Strong initiative, entrepreneurial spirit
- Leadership skills
- Experienced in team working

Languages:
- Very good command of English is a must, second language is an advantage.
