-Ensuring adherence to corporate quality standards and customer quality requirements;
-Collecting, analyzing and monitoring quality data;
-Responsible for complaints management, analyze and response to customers;
-Interfacing with process owners and customers on quality related issues;
-Driving preventive/corrective actions as needed;
-Technical University degree;
-Experience in a similar position within a company active in automotive industry minimum 1 year;
-Very good command of English, German knowledge is an advantage;
-Self-assured, capable to work autonomously;
-Flexible, good stress tolerance.
