- coordination and supervision of quality issues of the project
- preparation and implementation of the Integrated Management System of the project and obtention of its approval from the Engineer
- elaboration of the Quality Plan of the Project and also of the documents for assurance and quality check of the materials and works
- preparation and submission of the Method Statement for the execution of the contractual works to the Engineer
- submission of quality documents of the materials and technical procedures to the Engineer for approval
- preparation and checking of the quality documents of the works described in the Quality plan and also for „faze determinante“ and submission to the Engineer or State Inspectorate for construction in order to get acceptance for the works
- coordination and supervision of the activity of the laboratory
- Graduated of Construction University
- Min. 10 years of work experience in the Quality – area and experience as Quality Manager in large scale infrastructure projects (roads & bridges), and also very good knowledge of Romanian standards
- Min. 5 years experience with FIDIC Contracts
- Fluent in English; German skills are considered an advantage
- Analytical thinking, details oriented
- Organized person with good communication skills – will lead a department of 7 persons
