Creates and validates processes and products;
Realizes instructions for audit planning of such processes and products;
Ensures that all test & measurement equipment are in compliance with the calibration system;
Provides technical support to the assembly line about processes, machinery, material and problem solving techniques;
Ensures that when a Corrective Action is need it, get in place and as well as CA are implemented, followed and evaluated properly, according to Quality Manual;
Promotes Continuous Improvement of processes, Quality of the products and teamwork environment;
Provides support and compliance with customer request on time and every time.
Industrial Engineering Degree;
Four years of experience in a similar QA position;
One year of experience in electronics and telecommunications;
Good knowledge of Statistical Process Control and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis;
Basic understanding of Six Sigma Approach and Strategy (Green Belt);
Basic knowledge of Quality Tools and Problem Solving Techniques;
Knowledge of ISO and TL 9000;
MS Office;
Fluency in English, Spanish is a plus.
