The Quality Engineer and/or Quality Manager will be responsible for defining, specifying and auditing company policies and procedures, for all aspects of the operation, related to the insured compliance to industry and customer requirements. These include engineering support, problem solving, data analysis, failure analysis, vendor quality programs, and process improvement. As such, the proven ability to work within a team environment as quality representative, supporting product/process specifications and development of desired quality compliance criteria is required. Adherence to program schedules and commitments is necessary.
¿Ability to develop and implement structured QA processes and procedures in a rapidly changing environment
¿Excellent decision-making and interpersonal skills are essential
¿Completed ISO 9000 training as a lead assessor preferred
¿Played an integral role in an organization utilizing ISO 9000 registration, and preferably TL 9000. ISO 9000 / TL 9000 certification and implementation experience preferred
¿Practical experience with statistical control methods required.
¿ experience in quality management and assurance with a proven success track record
¿Degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent
¿Certified Quality Engineer or Certified Quality Manager preferred
¿Good command of English language
