Ensures compliance to customer quality requirements.
Participates at APQP documents draw-up. Plans and coordinates the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation draw up and provides them to customers in order to obtain PSW (Part Submission Warrant).
Support establishment of Significant & Critical Characteristics and review of FMEA’s(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) & Control Plans.
Elaborates work instructions, visual aids, drawings for the Quality Control workstation/inspection station.
Analyse quality issues on manufacturing area and segregate between material and process issues using 8D method and requests corrective actions for the non-conformities identified.
As required participates in internal auditing activities (e.g. system audits, process/product audits.
Technical University Degree.
At least 3 years experience in Quality Assurance.
Professional in Quality System requirements ISO/TS.
Strong team player.
Demonstrable skills in leading quality improvement.
Excellent communication skills.
English language - advanced level.
