Ensure Customer Satisfaction is maintained / exceeded by implementation of Continuous Improvement of quality systems, processes and product. Key measurables to include:
¿ Number of warranty returns
¿ Number of customer returns
¿ Customer specific vendor ratings (scoring / development systems)
¿ Internal cost of scrap (based on value of production output)
¿ Number of change and concession notes raised
¿ Maintenance of current systems (ISO TS16949, BS EN ISO14001, Customer specifics)
¿ Number of audit non-conformances and improvement opportunities (3rd party & internal)
¿ Supplier development
¿ Ensure Customer and 3rd party requirements are exceeded and that risk is minimised to the business whilst implementing improvements.
¿ Champion lowest cost of quality and PPM levels with the Customer and internally.
¿ Implementation, development and support with respect to all functions on awareness, training and adoption of best practice and methods to achieve set objectives.

¿ Knowledge of process improvement and Kaizen activities.
¿ Ability to process, analyse and interpret statistical data (SPC).
¿ Computer literate.
