RESPONSABILITATI

- Processing and tracking of internal and external quality concerns;
- Keeping customer relationship regarding product quality;
- Elaborating and controlling internal documents and customer requested documents related to products and processes quality;
- Handling and analyzing rejected parts, complaint costs and warranty costs;
- Results documentation in 8D reports, 5 why or in the customer system format;
-Permanent team work with all specialists to solve any problem related to product quality.


CERINTE

- Technical university degree;
- Experience in customer relations in automotive industry -minimum 1 year;
- QS 9000/ISO, TS 16949, FMEA, SPC knowledge;
-PC operating skills -MS Office;
-Fluent in English (German is an advantage);
- Outstanding communication skills;
- Experience as internal auditor ISO 9001 or ISO TS 16949 is an advantage;
- Residence in Arad County.
