RESPONSABILITATI

- secure organization from problem solving methodology point of view
- ensure the requested training regarding QMS Basics, Problem solving
- responsible for coordination of the issuance of the LLC and knowledge sharing / implementation of Lessons Learned process in the plant
- hold reviews for relevant functions collecting actions derived from 8D reports, action as an input to the LLC process
- responsible for cascading the LLC from other BU/s / Plant Sections to all relevant functions in the plant and coordination of an implementation plan where applicable
- part of the FMEA team
- responsible with 8D reports performance evaluation
- crimping expert according Leoni procedures
- participate in the resolution for the main issues in the crimping process
- participate in the introduction of new special processes
- publish the previous relevant information over LISA to be accessible for other sites / plants for knowledge sharing.
- participation in analyses of non-conformities issued from third party audits, which are related to the definition of processes.
- participate in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions related to the third party on the plant level.

In order to consolidate its leader position Leoni Wiring Systems has decided to develop projects in Eastern Europe with production units in Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Ukraine and Romania.
Due ti its strategic geographical position allowing fast delivery and a flexible work force, Romania is also an attractive country for the implementation of Leoni projects. The first Leoni unit in Romania is in Arad since 1999 employing 2,150 people supplying to Rover Group, Ford Premier Automotive Group, Aston Martin, Mc Laren, DAF.
In 2002 has started in Bistrita the building of the second Leoni unit in Romania, producing wiring systems for Daimler Chrysler and BMW.
