- Project Management in accordance to Takata Project Management System (PMS);
- Manage the design/process change projects by leading the project teams;
- Plan, monitor and implement the changes in serial production (EMEA);
- Budget and plan the projects (cost, resources and timing), meet the project targets;
- Ensure up-to-date projects documentation at any time;
- Report the projects performance to CMG Manager on a regular basis.
- Technical University degree.
- Minimum 2 years experience in automotive industry (quality, production or process).
- Knowledge in Project Management, design methods/procedures, technical drawings.
- An advantage represents the knowledge in product/cost optimization.
- Self-starter, good analytical skills and business orientated mindset.
- Good communication skills, creativity, good coordination and planning skills.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
- Basic knowledge of ISO TS16949.
- Fluent in English (German language represents an advantage).
- Willingness to travel.
