• Plans, organizes and monitors project resources taken over from the Project Manager according to the company project management system
• Leads the project management team and becomes the interface of the project team with all the externals;
• Responsible for APQP requesting coordination and reviewing. Summaries information and offers APQP documents. Coordinates tasks accomplishments according to the company project management system;
• Coordinates the preparation and reviews of production process flow, PFMEA and control plan.Also responsible for coordinating engineering changes;
• Coordinates and updates together with the process engineer and quality assurance engineer the technical transfer checklist and planning, equipment list, tooling list,capacity model, consumables list, change over matrix, line layout, problem solving checklist;
• Identifies and initiates continuous improuvement activities in order to achieve project objectives;
• Issues the list of non required expences (project implementation costs), acctivly involved in the prices offer and revision together with the costs specialists, monitors and controls project expences and also makes the prices post-calculation ;
• Develops efficient relationship with clients and solve any issue that arise.
• Minimum 2-3 years of technical coordination
• Project team experience (at least 2 projects)
• Good knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 quality system
• Good understanding of costs/revenues, production costs
• Flexibility, mobility, team work, a good deal of humor, loyalty and integrity
• Abiliy to motivate and cheer up the project team members
• Plans and organizes efficiently the project activities
