Ensures adherence to customer technical requirements.
Responsible for requesting, coordinating and reviewing affiliate APQP (Advanced Product Quality Plan) summary and element evidence. Assembles information and provides APQP and PPAP (Product Part Approval Process) related documents to customers in order to obtain the PSW (Part Submission Warrant).
Responsible for coordinate issue and review of Production Flow, FMEA’s & Control Plans. Responsible for coordination of Engineering Changes.
Responsible for coordination with process engineer to generate and maintain: Technical Transfer checklist and planning, Equipment list, tooling list, NRE list, Capacity model, Consumable list, Change over matrix, Line layout, Problem solving checklist.
Coordinates work instruction elaboration by the Process, Moulding and Test Engineer.
Develop good relationships with the customer contacts and successfully resolve any issues that arise.
Technical University degree.
At least 3 years in technical coordination.
Knowledge of Quality System ISO TS/APQP.
Should have knowledge of Japanese manufacturing concepts.
Understanding of how activities contribute to Cost and Revenues.
