General Purpose: Implementation of factory level loading tactics and optimization of the factory production plan (capacity, resourcing, order book, demand outlook).
Key tasks:
- Makes production plan on daily level for planned orders and production orders;
- Steers relevant professionals in production and production support functions;
- Ensures external and / or internal customer satisfaction through responsive supply capability;
- Supports Capability planning (new product ramp-up including competencies, capacity);
- Manages daily order peak effects at the factory level;
- Supports and participates in process development activities;
- Optimizing factory resources & equipment (resources / labor) to create a production schedule to meet delivery requirements.
The ideal candidate should have passion for innovation, like teamwork, act with empathy and respect.
Position Requirements:
- University degree;
- At least 3 years experience in production planning;
- Good English knowlege;
- Good IT knowlege (MSOffice, SAP R/3 - is a plus);
- Problem solving skills and attention to details.
