- Analyze the customers orders and forecast as well their feasability.
- Plans the production, correctly interprets the clients forecast, the firm orders and emergencies, transform them in internal production plans, monthly and daily.
- Prepare the shipping plan and follow-up with the warehouse the correct delivery to the customer.
- Analyze the necessary of raw material, place and follows the orders to prevent any deficit, take corrective measures in case of late deliveries and take preventive measures to avoid similar situations.
- Provide and receive to/from
all departements involved information related to production, sales forecast, stocks, customers.
- Maintain a close relationship to the customer in order to have an efficient communication and the acces to the correct data and in the right timescale.
- Analyze and asses performance indices of suppliers, collects and prepares primary dates for monthly reports.
- Plan and monitor the stock level according to the customer demands, comapany targets and policy.
- Monitor design changesin order to prevent obsolescence.
- Support the new product introduction from the intial stages.
University Degree (Economic or Technical).
Relevant experience in automotive in production planning
Good numerical abilities.
Good SAP key user knowledge and experience.
PC proficiency and MRP concepts, MRS concepts.
Team Player.
English – good to advanced level.
