Organize the production process according to the client's requests;
Coordinate the team of 300 people;
Planning the activity of the subordinates;
Make analysis regarding costs and offer suggestions for improvement;
Keep the relationship with the suppliers (internal and external);
Negociate the terms of cooperation with the suppliers;
Manage all the difficult situations and find solutions;
Make activity reports for the management.
University degree in electrotechnics;
Experience of min. 3 years in production;
Knowledge of production process management;
English - advanced level;
PC knowledge - Excel, Outlook (advanced level);
Communication and negociation skills;
Leadership abilities;
Systematic way of working and ability to analyze information and take the necessary decisions;
Open-minded, team worker.
