- Organize the production process according to the client's requests;
- Coordinate the team;
- Planning the activity of the subordinates;
- Make analysis regarding costs and offer suggestions for improvement;
- Keep the relationship with the suppliers (internal and external);
- Negotiate the terms of cooperation with the suppliers;
- Manage all the difficult situations and find solutions;
- Make activity reports for the management.
- University degree;
- Knowledge of production process management;
- Experience / knowledge in Toyota Production System (Kaizen);
- Experience / knowledge of parameters setup of machines;
- At least 2 years experience in plastic injection;
- English - advanced level;
- PC knowledge - Excel, Outlook (advanced level);
- Communication and negotiation skills;
- Leadership abilities;
- Systematic way of working and ability to analyze information and take the necessary decisions;
- Open-minded, team worker.
