•Responsible for the volume, quality and cost performance of the production operations;
•Ensure safe operations, and maintain legal compliance;
•Schedule and supervise daily activities of labor at extrusion, lamination & finishing;
•Train and coach shift leaders, operators and packers;
•Track production performance metrics, define and execute improvement programs.
Position Reports To: Plant manager
•Minimum 3-5 years experience in production/mfg. environment;
•Ability to motivate and lead a team;
•Ability to clearly communicate in Romanian and English (verbal and written);
