Participates at analysis of previous day quality issues and equipment breakdowns and takes ownership for their solving in the shortest time.
Based on weekly performance analysis results, establishes an action plan for corrective and improvement actions and strives for their solving and implementation in shortest time.
Consequence of issues and corrective actions derived from monthly BOS, takes actions for elimination of quality and equipment issues, takes documented action to avoid their re-occurrence
Collaborates permanently with cross-functional team members for continuous improvements on existing and new transferred lines, looks for Kaizen opportunities, records kaizen sheets, standardizes improvements on all production lines if applicable
Supports QCC activities, help QCC team with tool manufacturing, device and jig adjustment or modification, layout change in order to check the effectiveness of operator's idea and its implementation.
Support and coordination of TPM implementation on production lines, preparation of TPM forms and work instructions, coordination of TPM training for operators
Participate to new projects and process implementation, process and equipment homologation, implementation of changes related to production process
Technical University
Knowledge of basic pneumatics
Knowledge of basic electric circuits, control circuits
Knowledge of production assembly processes
English proficiency - advanced level
