•Providing technical guidance for all aspects of the manufacturing operations;
•Troubleshooting process and quality issues and upsets;
•Preparing and supporting process trials. Implementing new products and new technologies;
•Maintaining the plant Quality system. Engineering and managing the execution of capital projects;
•Identifying and implementing process improvements in the critical areas of safety, cost and quality.
Position Reports To: Plant manager
•Engineering degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical or Plastic Engineering;
•Minimum 3-5 years experience in production/mfg. environment;
•Good project management skills;
•Ability to clearly communicate in Romanian and English (verbal and written);
•Experience with ISO or similar quality systems desirable.
