About the job:
To coordinate and to support the operations areas to reduce Takata Product Costs Structure for seatbelts
To maintain and refine the seatbelt specific cost catalogue for Takata Product Portfolio by ensuring compliance with Global Product Costing standards;
To define cost targets for Takata seatbelt products to meet respective market price expectation and Takata profit goals;
To interface with Global Engineering on all aspects of product cost and deviation analysis for Takata seatbelt cost catalogue;
To support the Cost Analysts Team during Customer request for quotation process for seat belt products;
To estimate the product costs, cost saving methods and effects of product design changes on product cost structure for management review;
University degree in engineering;
Experience in Seatbelts Engineering and/or Manufacturing;
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel – advanced level);
Fluent in English;
Self-starter, good analytical skills and business orientated mindsets;
Able to manage priorities and meet deadlines;
Good communication skills and team player;
Willingness to travel abroad.
