RESPONSABILITATI

Establish the type of equipment needed based on customer or project requirements and specifications
Establish the process flow for the injection molding and foaming areas
Elaborate standards for organizing the work stations
Tracking of the equipment order
Offers technical support for the installation and release of new equipment
Performs process capability and capacity calculations
Establish the maintenance plan and spare parts list for the equipment
Planning and coordination of training and training material to the production department and maintenance and service department


CERINTE

Technical University degree (automatics or mechanical field)
Knowledge of pneumatic, electro mechanical and hydraulic controls
Knowledge about injection molding and foaming technology process flows and equipment maintenance
Knowledge about molds used in injection molding and foaming
Fluent in English; German is an advantage
PC Knowledge: MS Office, AutoCAD
Excellent communication skills
Advanced practical abilities in problem solving
Analytical and organizational skills
Flexibility and mobility
Time management
Experience in injection molding and/or foaming processes is an advantage
