- Evaluate equipment needs and chose the adequate material.
- Study, implement and control the changes done to the existent equipments in order to improve the work processes and costs reduction.
- Co-ordinate Maintenance activities
- Work together and supervise the test programming team activity
- Execute Preventive maintenance plans defined by Central Engineering
- Allocate tasks, follow maintenance and check anomalies.
- Execute the necessary reports.
- Co-ordinate the assembly and assistance to the electrified Boards
- Assembly Boards ¿ analyze the drawings done by Industrial Engineering and build the master board.
- Electrified Boards: define the electrical characteristics to control, drawing of the board and quality approval; elaborate the software program to support the electrical control and get Quality approval.
- The tasks are planned according the Preventive Maintenance Plans and executed according the priorities.
-The maintenance reports and rework maps- control of the tasks by equipment ¿ time spent in rework.
- Bachelor / degree in Engineering or similar
- Language proficiency - English
- MS-Office
- Organizational skills, self-motivated
- Team worker, focused on internal and external customer
- Creativity, project management capability
- Communication skills, focus on results
- Availability for travelling abroad
- The experience in the automotive industry represents an advantage
