OUR CLIENT is a multinational company from Brasov in the business of manufacturing electronics and providing services to original equipment manufacturers of telecommunication equipment, computers and related products for business enterprises, industrial control equipment, testing and instrumentation products and medical devices.
- Conduct and supervise process engineering work and ensure continuous process improvement
- Develop work instructions and train appropriate personnel on all technology implementation
- Define and procure process support equipment
- Ensure the provision of efficient high quality engineering
- Maintain and develop client relationships trough technical presentations to customers when required
Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Electronics Engineering
- 2+ years of process engineering experience
- Solid skills and knowledge of related processes for electronic board manufacturing
- Must have knowledge of IPC-610A standards
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma Methodology
Abilities:
- Very good knowledge of English
- Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, particularly MS Office software required
- Problem solving oriented
- Good ability to handle pressure
