RESPONSABILITATI

Coordinate planning team activities and provide a point of communication with other departments, Yazaki offices and the customers.
Train and develop the staff, monitor performance and evaluate members
Configure the Planning processes within the SAP/GCPCS environment and implement clear procedures for the operation of the system. Continuously monitor the performance of the system to achieve Company goals, adapting as required. Ensure that the process is robust and functions in case of absence
Prepare medium and long term business forecasts, budget for costs and resources and support the management team with planning information as needed.
Liaise with other Yazaki offices to integrate/manage the process flow related to the downstream supply chain. Understand the legal and fiscal regulations and apply to find cost effective strategies for logistic conditions.
Review the demand loads, report to Mgt team and resolve issues. Generate a levelled balanced production plan and monitor/report the status.
Monitor off site stock levels to ensure that customer requirements can be serviced at all times. Manage eng. changes levels to prevent excessive or redundant stock.


CERINTE

University Degree
MRP/ERP soft knowledge (SAP system - might be an advantage)
Computer proficiency
Minimum 2 years experiences in planning
Experience in leading and developing a team / employees
Very good communication and influencing skills
Strong planning & organization skills
Advanced English communication skills
