- The Operations Manager ensures that the business operates within high levels of client satisfaction and operational expectations. The Operations Manager defines and manages recruitment and development of human resources, implements policy and initiates quality and productivity improvements;
- supervise and implement the services of the company, working with the other departments;
- organises the work procedures with the clients following the company policies;
- supervises the quality control;
- eficient communication with the other depatments of the company;
- co-ordinates the public relationtions;
- elaborates the weekly and monthly reports.
- University degree - technical or economics;
- profesional experience in sales and production;
- organizational skills;
- availability for extra hours;
- availibility to travel.
