General purpose of the job is to act as necessary to industrialise the big series products on the standard means following the assembly rules and targets (cost, quality, quantity and capacity).
Main responsibilities:
- Collaborates with customers, subcontractors and suppliers for the implementation of new processes
- Prepare, agree and follow-up the realization of an agreed project schedule with the other members of the team and customer. Develop, maintain and follow-up the industrialization process of new products according to NPI Project Plan
- Assures the prototypes builds and the transfer of the new products for fabrication process
- Insure the technical support at the production sites (operations theories, tools, process)
- Creates and administrates the documentation of the fabrication processes, work instructions and the instructions of the operators and technicians
- Assures that the environment/ work safety requirements are fulfilled for the new products/ processes
Studies & Experience:
- Technical university studies
- Experience in project coordination
- Knowledge and experience in electronics production industry is an advantage
