-Building and coordinating the Project Management Team;
-Initiating, monitoring and directing projects and programs from project nomination through delivery;
-Being involved in establishing objectives and strategic organizational plans;
-Reviewing high-level program reports and presentations for management, customers and others;
-Leading and supporting the development or administration of policies and procedures for Project Management in accordance with ISO TS and corporation requirements;
-Planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area, participating in Profit and Loss analysis.
For a multinational company, one of the leaders in the automotive industry, we are looking for a New Products Introduction Manager.
Required:
-Technical University Degree;
-Experience in Project Management (3 years);
-Knowledge of Quality System ISO/TS/APQP;
-Strong leadership personality – clear vision, role model, coach, motivator;
-Very good experience in leading and coordinating a team;
-Professional approach to work;
-Very good language skills both in written and spoken English;
-Good analytical skills and attention to details;
-Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools;
-Flexibility, innovation and creativity, being capable to manage change;
-Availability for travelling.
