Manpower Romania is nearby his client - an automotive production company of safety products located in Brad.
- Must be able to lead tooling design and construction process from the product design through manufacturing stages, and participate in / lead Kaizen teams post launch.
- Coordinate works related with replacement parts manufacture, prototypes, fixtures, molds, etc.
- Coordinate preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance for fixtures, molds and tool room tools, etc.
- Participate on continuous improvement projects.
- Assist to ECN & APQP meetings.
- Mechanical engineering degree with 3 years of experience in design & manufacturing
- Tooling experience is a must
- English (speaking and writing)
- Excellent Interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent writing and oral presentation skills
- Effective group leadership skills
