Maintains the relationship with the material suppliers;
Places purchase orders to the suppliers and follows up on delivery;
Assures the availability of materials for production;
Makes sure the stock is not oversized at any point in time;
Solves any problem related to qty discrepancies between supplier’s delivery and invoice;
Creates the MM master data in SAP for new parts and maintains it in a proper condition;
Completes the logistics reports requested by the direct superior;
Collaborates with the Production and Technical departments in regards of any special project;
Supports the direct superior and the Management team in any initiative within the normal limits of responsibility.
- 2 years of experience in a similar position in a production company, preferably automotive;
- Fluent English;
- ERP knowledge mandatory, SAP knowledge is an important advantage;
- German language is also an important advantage.
