1. Directs and participate to daily maintenance activities in order to maximize equipment utilization and support production needs.
2. He is coordinating maintenance technicians activity (working schedule, technicians allocation according with priority of the jobs, support the activities performed in case of installation/trials of new equipments)
3. Cooperate on preventative maintenance schedules with Maintenance Coordinator from Production Engineering.
4. Prepare all documentation for preventive maintenance in accordance with requirement ISO TS 16949
5. Reviews and establishes material, equipment, and manpower resource requirements for preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
6. Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the departmental function.
7. Establishes the training needs for technicians.
8. Administer safety programs in order to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees.
9. Supports with technical solutions and advises when escalation is performed.
10. Evaluates the maintenance technicians.
11. Supervises de spare parts stocks.
12. Supervises the technical documentation: instructions, forms, drawings existing on the production line and in maintenance area.
13. Is coordinating and supporting Kaizen activities and their implementation.
14. Is responsible for increasing effectiveness and for minimizing the loses
15. Is participating to production meeting to accomplish the corrective actions
17. Keep in touch with the suppliers for all equipment and change information about the performances of equipments.
18. Demonstrates working knowledge of functional concepts of equipments and a solid understanding of policies and procedures.
1. Very good knowledge about industrial automations and pneumatics.
2. Familiarity whit the electrical drawings.
3. Very good mechanical knowledge.
4. Testing machines.
5. Knowledge about injection moulds.
6. Engineering degree.
