Directs and participate to daily maintenance activities in order to maximize equipment utilization and support production needs.
Coordinates maintenance technicians activity (working schedule, technicians allocation according with priority of the jobs, support the activities performed in case of installation/trials of new equipments).
Cooperate on preventative maintenance schedules with Maintenance Coordinator from Production Engineering.
Reviews and establishes material, equipment, and manpower resource requirements for preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the departmental function.
Supports with technical solutions and advises when escalation is performed.
Supervises de spare parts stocks.
Supervises the technical documentation: instructions, forms, drawings existing on the production line and in maintenance area.
Is coordinating and supporting Kaizen activities and their implementation.
The right candidate should have a technical university degree and minimum 1 year previous experience with production equipment maintenance.
Very good knowledge about industrial automations and pneumatics
Familiar with electrical drawings.
Very good mechanical knowledge.
Knowledge of PLC, servo-drivers, servo-amplifiers, invertors, SSR, thermocouples, etc.
Knowledge regarding electronic assembly, SMT assembly and molding.
English-Advanced Level.
