•Responsible for all aspects of maintenance, will supervise plant maintenance personnel and coordinate all maintenance activities including managing plant costs;
•Supervise mechanics and electricians and assist with equipment troubleshooting;
•Coordinate maintenance tasks and manage critical spare parts;
•Establish and manage preventive and predictive programs and track downtime performance;
•Install new capital projects developed by plant engineering or technology;
Position Reports To: Production lead
•Engineering degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical or Plastic Engineering;
•Minimum 3-5 years experience in production/mfg. environment;
•Good mechanical troubleshooting skills;
•Ability to clearly communicate in Romanian and English (verbal and written);
•Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance desirable.
