Coordinates and supervise all maintenance activities in production areas(assembly, molding, molding dies) in order to maximize equipments utilization.
Defines organization chart and required number of people in order to cover effectively all maintenance activities.
Develops and put into practice hiring strategy, in line with existing and new projects, develops training strategy required.
Establishes and revises required resources (materials, equipments, apparatus, software, etc) for maintenance activities.
Supervises de spare parts stocking and control this.
He is responsible to obtain all technical documentation from suppliers and keeping these in controllable way.
Develops and implements a reliable system for monitoring the equipments efficiency.
Keep in touch with the suppliers for all equipment for changed the information about the performances of equipments .
He is responsible for escalation plan implementation and assures that all maintenance people are putting it in practice for stopping equipments cases.
Engineering degree
Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance area.
Very good knowledge about industrial automations and pneumatics.
Familiarity whit the electrical drawings.
Very good mechanical knowledge
Knowledge by PLC, servo-drivers, servo-amplifiers, invertors, SSR, thermocouples, etc.
Electronic assembly
Advanced knowledge of software.
Experience in leading and developing a team / employees
Very good communication and influencing skills
Analytical thinking, initiative, planning, organizing and follow up
PC Skills- Excel, Lotus, Word, Power Point
