RESPONSABILITATI

Duties/Responsibilities will include :

- Coordinate the LPS plus system within the Leoni Arad plant;

- Elaborate the annual LPS plus strategy together with the plant management;

- Introducing the LPS plus elements, control of implementation and monitoring of changes in the LPS system;

- Coordinate and train the LPS plus element groups;

- Coaching and advising of all departments and the management in improvement methods;

- Develop a culture of improvement;

- Always challenge the actual status till we reach “The Perfect production/office processes”;

- Management coaching to lead the change;

- OEE Coordination;


CERINTE

Experience and education required :

- University degree with additional knowledge regarding production management, quality systems and human resources development;

- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive industry in a coordinating position;

- Good analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work under pressure;

- Strong intercultural, interpersonal and presentation and communication skills;

- Excellent command of English in writing and speech required;

- German skills will be an advantage;

- PC & MS Office Suite skills;



The position is part of Top Management, reporting to Managing Director.

The first Leoni unit in Romania is in Arad since 1999 employing 2,150 people supplying to Rover Group, Ford Premier Automotive Group, Aston Martin, Mc Laren, DAF.
In 2002 has started in Bistrita the building of the second Leoni unit in Romania, producing wiring systems for Daimler Chrysler and BMW.
