RESPONSABILITATI

- Nivelarea resurselor disponibile pe parcusul proiectelor si asigurarea finalizarii actiunilor in termenul agreat.
- Organizarea si monitorizarea actiunilor de Run In / Run Out si participarea la sedintele de Proiect.
- Monitorizarea indicatorilor specifici pentru a urmari si anticipa riscurile posibile.
- Colaborarea cu responsabili de proiect, productie, CST, pentru a asigura disponibilitatea materialelor pentru productie la termenele agreate.
- Efectuarea rapoartelor privind evolutia forecastului si impactul asupra volumului cererii de materiale.
- Mentinerea sub control a fluxului de informatii si materiale pentru a mentine volumul si valoarea stocurilor la un nivel optim.
- Monitorizarea si identificarea discrepantelor din kanban-ul central pe baza inventarelor saptamanale (calendar pentru inventare)
- Aplicarea masurilor corrective in procedurile de lucru, pentru problemele descoperite in urma inventarelor efectuate in kanban.
- Crearea si actualizarea instructiunilor de lucru si organizarea de traininguri de Kanban.


CERINTE

- Abilitati de planificare, organizare si relationare la toate nivelele.
- Motivatie si capacitate de a stabili prioritati.
- Studii superioare, preferabil Inginerie
- Cunostinte PC (MS Office, FORS)
- Cunostinte limba engleza - obligatoriu, limba germana prezinta avantaj.

In 2002 has started in Bistrita the building of the second Leoni unit in Romania, producing wiring systems for Daimler Chrysler and BMW.
