Support Windows & Linux Server hardware/software.
Support network environments (LAN, WAN, Wireless).
Control performance of infrastructure servers, LAN & WAN devices, and PBX system.
Support infrastructure recovery procedures and related backup processes.
Execute hardware and software installations on Servers and PCs.
Manage user accounts, security and permissions in Active Directory.
IT Education. Experience in supporting Windows servers and clients including Active Directory.
Experience in supporting TCP/IP LANs including Cisco network devices.
Experience in remote support
Fluent English is mandatory, German Language knowledge would be preferable.
