Fostering and developing cordial and productive business relationships with the regional and local management of the company
Achieving the company¿s sales target, manpower growth targets and business development objectives trough its agency networks
Contributing to the general development of the sales division trough ad-hoc participation in project as required
Managing the provision of training, sales support and motivation for the staff of the network
Solid practical management experience and a track of significant sales and business development success gained in an insurance, related financial services or FMCG, multinational organization
Understanding of insurance and financial services market within the territory and a wide network of contacts
Academic background
Very good English skills
Driver license
Dynamic person with sales skills and an appetite to develop his career to a higher level
