- Coordonarea activitatilor de mentenanta la utilitati si cladiri
- Coordoneaza activitatile de instalare/modificare la utilitati si cladiri
- Urmareste si controleaza consumurile de resurse ( energie electrica, incalzire, apa)
- Realizeaza planuri de eficientizare a consumurilor de utilitati, consumabile si piese de schimb
- Verifica si actualizeaza in functie de necesitati stocurile de piese de schimb pentru utilitati
- Instruieste personalul din sfera de influenta
- Mentine legatura cu furnizorii de utilitati si servicii de intretinere la utilitati
- Acorda suport pentru implementarea proiectelor de reorganizare sau extindere a productiei
- Implementeaza si urmareste implementarea regulilor SHE in aria sa de responsibilitate

The first Leoni unit in Romania is in Arad since 1999 employing 2,150 people supplying to Rover Group, Ford Premier Automotive Group, Aston Martin, Mc Laren, DAF.
In 2002 has started in Bistrita the building of the second Leoni unit in Romania, producing wiring systems for Daimler Chrysler and BMW.
