Develops & installs productivity measurement & control systems in order to improve utilisation of plant, labour & materials.
Provides IE support to facilitate the implementation of all new drawings, modifications into the products.
Compiles process instructions, methods of manufacture & work instructions for the development of labour planning, line balancing, capacity planning
Continuous improvement to increase the efficiency
Provides the best possible ergonomic workstation & methods for production
Ensures all regulations are observed
Develops company process standards for use in quoting & factory control.
Previous experience in a production environment would be an advantage
Able to demonstrate flexibility and successful implementation of change in a production environment
Able to work on own initiative and self motivated
University degree in technical field
Fluent in English and German or Hungarian
Good computer skills
