RESPONSABILITATI

Responsible for supporting functional and business units , as an "HR Business Partner" , and for implementing cultural values, standards, and HR processes, across the site comprising normal business functions, such as production, engineering, materials, quality, and support teams
- Provide advice & guidance to site leadership team on all people aspects, e.g. employment legislation, implementation and maintenance of effective human resources policies & procedures, effective interpersonal communication, motivation of reports
- Support site leadership team in any re-organisation.restructuring programs, ensuring that employees are as well looked after, communicated and involved as possible, while protecting the legal and financial interests of the company
-Help attract, train, reward, and motivate the best possible employees through "best-in-class" HR philosophies, processes, and tools
- Recruitment - attraction, selection, and induction
- ompensation and benefits - recognising local competitive dynamics through regular review of local salary and benefits information
-Lead the promotion of employee "learning" and positive employee involvement culture.
-Active involvement in the development of the training plan, design and delivery of training courses as appropriate
- Lead and develop the site's focus on effective succession planning, retention, performance management, communication, employee satisfaction and employee development - and engage site "leadership team" in owning this
-Active participation in tactical & contingency planning as appropriate
- Drive positive employee relations promoting employee involvement.
Drive improvements in employee satisfaction and development of effective reward and recognition
- Ensure all appropriate HR processes are compliant with corporate standards


CERINTE

- Proven track record (3+ years of experience) as an HR Business Partner, ie developing and implementing HR programs that are driven by the business needs, with ideally some experience at a management level.
- Experience of operating in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment comnbined with excellent appreciation/experience of labour legislation - current laws, regulations and policies pertaining to HR.
-The energy, enthusiasm, intellect, stamina, and resilience to help drive change towards best-in-class people and business performance.
- Strong "best for the team/business" personality - support, challenge, persuade/influence, drive resolution. * Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills - ability to listen, communicate, be trusted, and influence employees at all levels.
- Decisive and assertive with the ability to be provide flexible, creative solutions in a complex, sometimes ambiguous,environment
- Demonstrated analytical, consultative and decision making skills.
- Computer literate- proficient in the use of Microsoft Office - also some exposure to HRIS packages
- Degree or equivalent qualification, and ideally with formal HR qualification/certification
- Ideally with previous multinational experience, ideally US
