For our Timisoara office we are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to work as part of an international HR team.
The primary role is to help grow and develop the team in Timisoara, as well as to administrate personnel matters pertaining both to legal and corporate regulations and policies. The HR Manager will work closely with team leaders and business managers, as well as with external providers and state organisms in order to meet internal and external requirements and deadlines.
- Manage the recruitment process for new hires and replacements
- Manage all personnel documents to ensure completeness and accuracy of personnel files and observe all legal requirements
- Manage all personnel issues with respect to the legal requirements and company policies
- Work with the payroll provider to ensure payroll accuracy, timely salary payments and registration of documents with the Labour Chamber and other institutions
- Manage and update the corporate HR software application
- Work with the company doctor and labour safety specialist to ensure all legal requirements are met
- University degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Communication or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the field of Human Resources, preferably in a company with a strong focus on recruiting projects
- Good organization and time-management skills and a proactive attitude towards new challenges
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (a second European language is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of labour law, procedures and regulations
- High degree of personal accountability
- Independence and unquestioned integrity; ability to handle sensitive employee relations and compliance related issues
- Residence in, or availability to relocate to Timisoara
